RETURNS

We do our best to deliver perfect products. Should an item nevertheless not meet your expectations, you can submit a return within 7 days after the receipt of your order. Returns that were not reported cannot be processed.

Your return shipment has to be delivered to us within 15 days of the delivery date.

We ask that the items are returned unused, complete and in original state. The shoes must be returned with their original boxes (including any plastic bag or dust bag). Naturally any faulty items can be returned. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.

Please note that shipping costs or import duties for a return shipment are not covered or reimbursed by Odil & Odil. We kindly advise you to return your parcel using a track and trace code. Responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us. If parcels get lost during transport without having a track and trace code, Odil & Odil is not responsible for a reimbursement.

 

To return, please follow these steps:

  1. You can submit a return, within 7 days after the receipt of your order by clicking ‘Submit Return’ at the bottom of this page or by sending us an email to returns@odilodil.com. Give us your ordernumber, email address and indicate the items and reason for the return.
  2. A return form will be generated for you. Please include this Return Form in your package and close the box securely, using sufficient tape.
  3. Take the box to your local post office and send it to:

  4. We’ll process your refund by the same method you used to pay within 15 days after we have received your returned item(s) according to the above steps. Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email from us. If you haven’t received an email within 15 days after sending your return back to us, please Contact us for further assistance.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately we aren’t able to exchange an item. Once we receive your returned items, we will issue a refund. If the article you are looking for is still available you can place a new order with us.

REFUNDS

We’ll process your refund by the same method you used to pay within 15 days after we have received your returned item(s) according to the above steps. Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email from us. If you haven’t received an email within 15 days after sending your return back to us, please contact us for further assistance.
