Once you’ve placed your order, we will process it within one to three working days and hand it over to DHL. A signature may be required upon delivery. If you are not home when DHL delivers your parcel, they will leave a note explaining where and how to collect your Odil & Odil order. Please note that we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been processed. In case you did not collect your order and DHL sent it back to us, we are unable to re-send your order.

WHAT DELIVERY LOCATIONS CAN I CHOOSE?
We offer you the following delivery options.
Delivery to your home address:
When checking out, select Express Home Delivery as your delivery option and make sure that your home address is chosen as the delivery address.
Delivery to an alternative address:
Select Express Home Delivery as your delivery option in the checkout, untick your home address, and select or enter the alternative delivery address.
Delivery to a Parcel Shop:
Select Standard Pick Up Location as your delivery option in the checkout. You can search for a local Parcel Shop by entering a postcode.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY PARCEL?
As soon as your order is packed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, it can take some days before the tracking information is available.
You will also be able to track your order under ‘Orders’ when you log in at My Account.
IMPORT TAXES AND DUTIES
If you live in a non-EU country + Norway and Sweden, please check your local import taxes and duties. Odil & Odil does not cover these import taxes and duties.
(Please note, the total order amount does not include local sales tax/ VAT. In certain locations, if the value of your order exceeds the toll-free limit an import tax/customs fee may be applied upon delivery. Odil & Odil does not compensate for these additional charges.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
If you are based in the EU, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs), you have the right to cancel your order with us provided you give us written notice. Notice can be given any time after your order has been placed, up until 7 working days from the day after you received you order.
We will issue you with a full refund excluding the return shipping costs. Please note that in this case you will need to return the complete order to us. Please secure proper packaging for shipping, as it is your responsibility that your order reaches us in good condition. We recommend retaining a proof of shipment from your postal service in case of disputes. If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we will arrange to have it collected from you at your cost.
